Iceberg Tipping (Info)

Hey Guys,
I am posting this to make a pint. Now Club Penguins rooms are Pictures. They have parts that move. The Iceberg is a Picture. It was edited and the ONLY part that moves is the Aqua Grabber. Now How do people think It can tip If it is a Picture? That is Inpossible. Its just a rumor that Shouldnt be going around. It is Newbish to think it can tip no offence to anyone that thinks that but it is. What do you think? Comment

I went through the actionscript file of iceburg(40) and nothing moves except map trigger and aquagrabber trigger

It doesn't tip.

But, on the other hand, it isn't a picture.
It's a flash document, which means it can move, in whatever way programed to do so.

But, on this occasion, it doesn't tip.
